Rahmadilla Widi Setianingtyas, S.Pt., born in Semarang on August 18th , 1992, is a 2010 graduate of the Animal Husbandry Bachelor’s Program, Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Agriculture, Diponegoro University. She is now pursuing a successful career in business. She completed her studies in 2014 with outstanding academic achievements, graduating cum laude with a GPA of 3.78. During her studies, Rahmadilla was active in various student organizations, including Nuansa Press and BEM KM UNDIP. She also participated in various student competitions, from debate competitions to inter-faculty sports competitions. These activities honed her leadership, communication, and fighting spirit, which have become crucial assets in her career to date.
After graduating, Rahmadilla embarked on a long journey in the animal feed industry. She worked as a formulator at PT. Malindo Feedmill, then joined PT. Maqpro Biotech Indonesia as a Technical Services and Salesperson, and continued her career as a Nutritionist at PT. BEC Feed Solutions Indonesia and PT. Rajawali Mitra Pakanindo. From these various positions, she gained extensive experience, particularly in feed formulation, production processes, and communication with partners, as well as assisting farmers in the field. All of this experience enriched her knowledge of how to build a livestock business from upstream to downstream, while also opening her insight into the challenges faced by farmers in Indonesia.
Armed with extensive experience and strong determination, Rahmadilla finally ventured into building a business from scratch, establishing CV. Superfeed Berdikari Utama in 2020 in Kudus, Central Java. “When I first started CV Superfeed, I had to travel back and forth between Kudus and Surabaya, because I was also working in Surabaya,” Rahmadilla recounted when we met at her feed factory. Initially, CV Superfeed focused on animal feed production. Currently, Rahmadilla’s business development extends beyond feed production to include partnerships with laying hens and sheep.
The journey to building this business was full of ups and downs: limited capital, building a network from scratch, and competing with large, established companies. However, thanks to perseverance, innovation, and a commitment to quality, CV Superfeed, which produces feed under the name “Royal Superfeed,” has grown into a local feed company recognized nationally. Now, the company produces not only poultry and ruminant feed but also premixes, and operates partnership programs with farmers. One of its flagship programs is the sheep partnership, where the company provides seeds, feed, and even buys back lambs ready for harvest. This program not only helps farmers increase productivity but also creates a mutually beneficial business ecosystem.

In addition, CV Superfeed actively provides field assistance, feed formulation consultations, and a partnership program for laying hens. This approach makes the company not just a feed producer, but a strategic partner for livestock farmers. With an integrated strategy, Rahmadilla strives to build long-term relationships with livestock farmers, ensuring that their business is not solely profit-oriented, but also sustainable and community empowered.
Rahmadilla’s dedication extends beyond business. She signed an MoU with the Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Agriculture, Diponegoro University (UNDIP), as a tangible contribution to her alma mater. Through the Independent Learning Campus (MBKM) program, CV Superfeed has accepted seven undergraduate Animal Husbandry students for industrial internships. These students gained hands-on experience in feed formulation, production management, and farmer mentoring. This collaboration demonstrates how business and education can work hand-in-hand, supporting each other and producing a new generation ready to face the challenges of the livestock industry.
The story of Rahmadilla Widi Setianingtyas is an inspiration for young people who want to pursue the entrepreneurial path, particularly in the livestock sector. She demonstrates that the courage to start from scratch, perseverance in the face of obstacles, and continuous innovation can produce great work that benefits society. From an active student in organizations to the owner of a livestock feed company, Rahmadilla demonstrates that entrepreneurship in the livestock sector not only promises a bright future but also contributes to national food security.
Furthermore, Rahmadilla’s journey confirms that livestock entrepreneurship holds significant potential for development by the younger generation. This sector is not only related to food production, but also concerns the welfare of livestock farmers, environmental sustainability, and national food security. With her experience of ups and downs in building a business, Rahmadilla is a living example of how persistence and a clear vision can transform challenges into opportunities. She successfully demonstrated that local businesses can compete with large corporations while making a real impact on the surrounding community.
For students and recent graduates, Rahmadilla’s story can be an encouragement to take the plunge into entrepreneurship. The livestock sector is not a static field, but rather full of opportunities for those willing to innovate and work hard. Rahmadilla has demonstrated that with dedication, courage, and commitment, livestock entrepreneurship can be a path to success and a real contribution to the nation.
